complete ball valve spare parts.
In Oct. 2009, our factory moved to new industrial zone, company staff is more than 150 people, with
plant area covered more than 26000㎡. We have professional lab: spectral analysis, physicochemical
experiment, NDT, behavioral simulation experiment as mainly testing system. To achieve the production’s
supervision, and ensure the material qualified according to customers’ request.
All these years, we operate according to ISO9001. Strictly control every process from sales contract,
raw material purchasing, production, quality test and delivery. We have advanced Three-coordinate
measuring machine, and dozens of production equipment, such as CNC, vertical, horizontal lathe &
machining center. From hardware to software facility, we can provide high precision & stable products
for all customers at domestic & overseas valve industry.
Move with the times: in order to expand production, satisfy growing market demand, OUYI VALVE
customizes a 62" machining & grinding integrative machine from Italy. It can make balls from
40" ~ 62", ball roundness ＜ 0.02mm, the coaxial = 0.02mm, roughness = Ra0.4um, ensure that it
can meet requirements of large-diameter pipeline valve market both at home & abroad.
Our main materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, special alloy steel and various
other materials. Surface treatment: Electro less nickel plating (ENP), HVOF tungsten carbide (TCC),
Stellite alloy (STL), welding Inconel and other high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion-resistant
materials.
